We are passionate about making a positive impact by helping those in need. Therefore, our mission is to serve communities in Baltimore by providing value to the local market, creating economic activity and increasing living standards for those we serve.
In Baltimore, the recession that started in 2007 was defined by a severe crash in the housing market and the proliferation of mortgage foreclosures. Foreclosures affected as many as one in four households in the U.S. and added another challenge to improving the quality of life of people. As a consequence, Baltimore has been left with high rates of vacant properties, high poverty rates and low housing values. Despite great efforts to mitigate the effects of the crisis, the impacts are still felt among individuals whose homes were foreclosed and some neighborhoods were a lot foreclosures occurred.
We chose to stay focused on neighborhoods that have been especially impacted by the financial crisis. Our team is driven to provide safe well-maintained housing by buying and renovating distressed properties.
As our team has grown, it has become more and more important to identify and outline the core values that guide everything we do. Our core values develop and define our culture, our business strategies and who we are as professionals in today’s corporate world. It is our goal to consistently live these core values out in our lives on a daily basis and we encourage both our teammates and our investors to hold us accountable to these values.
We are committed to :
We are driven to be the best in all we do and we never forget that we owe everything to the efforts of each team member and our investors : we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards and always raise the bar to do better every day. We are committed to providing the highest level of service by being solution-based and always finding a way to meet our investors’ needs.
